Traditional data storage is an extremely efficient way to store information. I have an inexpensive hard disk that stores hours of personal memories, many of events that I have mostly forgotten. One way to reduce the quantity of neurons needed to mimic you may be to simply teach the neural net how to access an index of memories when needed, rather than to train the neural net with those memories.
